E-billing (Tutorial) : ACTIVATION LINK IS NOT RECEIVED

User does not receive activation link after the registration process

Note -> Activation link is valid up to 3 days after registration

Cause:

  • The e-billing email goes to spam/junk mail folder
  • User enters invalid email address

Solution:

  • Check spam or junk mail folder
  • Contact e-billing call center to change email address and resend the activation link within 3 days since the registration
  • If after 3 days since the registration, the user has not received any activation email, then the user can perform re-registration
