E-billing (Tutorial) : CHANGING EMAIL ADDRESS

Change the email address in registration data for e-billing

Cause:

The registered email address is no longer active, inaccessible, or can no longer be used.

Solution:

If the user has not performed activation, Taxpayer can contact e-billing call center to change it directly (within 3 days since registration)

If the user has performed activation, Taxpayer must report to the Tax Office where the Taxpayer is registered to request for change of email in e-billing
